Mission Statement

University Program Board is committed to establishing student-driven programs, focused on the social, cultural, educational, and recreational growth of Illinois State University and the surrounding community.

Our Promise

We provide students with the opportunity to become involved in planning, promoting, implementing and assessing events. We present opportunities for students to learn, grow and develop into quality leaders. We facilitate membership and cooperation between the University Program Board and the University. We serve as liaison between University Program Board members and the University to advise and recommend guidelines concerning programs and activities.

Committees

With our ten different committees we have a little something for everyone. We not only bring large programs like Homecoming, Family Weekend, and Major Concerts, but we also bring a variety of weekly programs to Illinois State's campus, including everything from Hunger and Homelessness Awareness Week to movies in Capen Auditorium. Whatever your interests are we have programs for you.

Supporting our ten committees is the Executive Board; the President, the Vice President, the Director of Assessment and Records, the Director of Membership, the Director or Marketing, and the Director or Development.
